We offer free shipping on all orders within INDIA, with no additional charges.

6. Fake Orders Policy

  • At ABD AL AZIZ Perfumes, we take the integrity of our order process seriously. Any orders identified as fraudulent or placed with fake information will be cancelled immediately.

  • We require customers to provide accurate shipping addresses and contact details to ensure successful delivery. If we suspect an order is fraudulent, we will reach out to the customer for clarification.

  • To combat fake orders, we only accept online payments. Customers who attempt to place fake orders may be subject to a ban from future purchases.

Cancellation Policy
 

1.Cancellation before Shipment
You may cancel your order anytime before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

To cancel an order, please reach out to our customer service team. Once your order is cancelled successfully, you will receive a confirmation email.
 

3.Cancellation Fees
If your order is cancelled after being processed but before shipment, we may charge a processing fee of 5% of the order value to cover transaction costs.



Return Policy

We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we have a strict return policy. Please read the following guidelines carefully.

1. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to health and safety regulations, all perfumes and scented products are non-returnable once opened or used. We cannot accept returns on items that have been unsealed or partially used.

  • While opened or used items cannot be returned, if you receive a defective item that has been opened, it will still be eligible for a replacement and not refund.

  • Customers should reach out to our customer service team within 7 days after receiving their order if they encounter any problems with defective (faulty or damaged) items.
     

2. Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within [7 days] of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence of the damage for our records.

  • Unboxing Video: To facilitate the return process for defective or damaged items, please take an unboxing video while opening the parcel. The video must not be edited or altered and should clearly show the condition of the product upon arrival.

  • If a return is approved due to a defect or damage, you will receive a replacement of the same product, not a refund.
